What we store

Business name, public website URL, city, ZIP, and any public phone or email found on the page you submit to the free audit. Plus the audit results. Purpose: to follow up on the audit you requested.

Retention and deletion

We keep audit data for 24 months. Email hello@localfrontdeskai.com to have it deleted.

Calls

If you call the demo line, the assistant identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded with consent for quality and booking accuracy. Where state law requires two-party consent (California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington), the assistant asks for a spoken yes before recording begins.

Cookies

One session cookie for CSRF protection and admin login. Theme preference in localStorage. No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

Your rights

California residents: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you may request deletion, under the CCPA. Email hello@localfrontdeskai.com.
